大连外国语大学简介 Introduction to Dalian University of Foreign Languages

大连外国语大学坐落在美丽的海滨城市大连，是辽宁省省属高校。学校成立于1964年，学校下设22个教学单位，设有“东北亚外交外事高端人才”博士培养项目，有6个一级学科硕士点、20个二级学科硕士点和9个专业学位硕士点。现有44个本科专业，覆盖18个外语语种，各类在校生近1.5万人。

学校是辽宁省孔子学院合作大学联盟理事长单位，设有教育部中俄大学生交流基地、教育部中外语言交流合作中心国际中文教育实践与研究基地（大连外国语大学）等多个国际化平台。

学校是中国政府奖学金、国际中文教师奖学金、辽宁省政府奖学金接收单位。辽宁省来华留学教育示范高校，辽宁省来华留学教育先进单位，已通过教育部来华留学质量认证。

Dalian University of Foreign Languages (DUFL), located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian, is under the jurisdiction of the Liaoning provincial government.DUFL was officially founded in 1964, consists of 22 teaching units, one PhD Program in Northeast Asian Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs, 6 first-level master's programs , 20 second-level master's programs and 9 professional degree programs and 44 undergraduate majors covering 18 foreign languages. Nearly 15,000 students are currently enrolled in the university.

DUFL is awarded as the chairman unit of Liaoning Confucius Institute Cooperative University Alliance. The university has multiple international platforms including the Chinese and Russian students exchange base and Practice and Research Center for International Chinese Language Education,DUFL

DUFL is designated to admit international students sponsored by the Chinese Government Scholarship, International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship, and Liaoning Provincial Government Scholarship. The university has passed the quality certification of study in China by the Ministry of Education, with the title of Liaoning Provincial Model University and Advanced Unit for International Students Education.

大连外国语大学汉学院简介Introduction to School of Chinese Studies

汉学院成立于1985年，是中国重要的对外汉语教学单位，也是国际中文教育实践与研究基地（大连外国语大学）和辽宁省来华留学教育示范高校重要的依托部门。它还是国内HSK考试和《国际中文教师证书》考试考点的建设和组织部门，设立有汉语国际教育研究所。每年有来自70个国家的近1500名国际学生在这里学习短期或长期汉语进修、本科和硕士课程。

School of Chinese Studies (SCS), founded in 1985, is the main teaching unit of International Chinese Language Education and International Students Education of DUFL. SCS is a supportive department to Practice and Research Center for International Chinese Language Education,DUFL and Liaoning Provincial Model University for International Students Education. It is also the department responsible for establishing and organizing domestic HSK test centers and the "Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages" examination, and houses the Institute of International Chinese Language Education. Every year nearly 1,500 international students from more than 70 countries study at SCS for short-term or for long-term courses, or for Bachelor's and Master's degree programs.

丰富多彩的活动Varied and Colorful Activities

在设立语言课程的同时，学院免费开设汉语语法、中国书法、中国画、太极拳 、武术、中国传统乐器葫芦丝和二胡、汉语正音、中国文化讲座、文化体验等课程。

学习之余，学院定期举行市内观光、趣味运动会、汉语演讲比赛、中国歌曲大赛、球类比赛、新年晚会、中外学生交流会、短途旅行等丰富多彩的活动。

Besides offering academic language courses, SCS also provides free elective cultural experiencing courses, such as Chinese Grammar, Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Painting, Tai Chi, Martial Arts, Chinese Traditional Musical Instruments such as Hulusi and Erhu, Chinese Pronunciation, Chinese Cultural Lectures, and more.

SCS also provides varied and colorful extracurricular activities such as city tours, group games, Chinese speech contests, Chinese song contests, sports contests, New Year’s party, interactive communication between Chinese students and international students activities, short sight-seeing trips, and more.

申请入学相关事宜Registration and Related Matters

（一）申请资格 Application Qualification

1、非中国籍公民，对于原为中国公民，后加入外国国籍者，我校执行教育部教外函〔2020〕12 号文件。

2、申请人年龄须在 18-25 周岁之间，高中毕业。截至入学当年9月1日仍未满18周岁的申请人，需提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件等（见申请材料清单）。

3、申请人应品行良好、身心健康、愿意遵守中国法律法规及大连外国语大学规章制度。

4、语言能力：申请汉语国际教育本科专业，HSK成绩至少达到新HSK4级180分（含）以上，HSKK成绩达到中级。申请其余本科专业要求新HSK5级195分（含）以上。

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens. Those who were originally Chinese citizens but later acquired foreign nationality will be handled in accordance with the Ministry of Education document [Jiaowaihan (2020) No. 12].

2. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 25 and have completed high school education. Applicants who are under 18 as of September 1st of the year of enrollment must submit a notarized guardianship authorization letter signed by their legal guardian in China (see the list of required application materials).

3. Applicants should have good moral character and physical and mental health, and must abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as the rules and policies of Dalian University of Foreign Languages.

4. Language proficiency requirements:

For the Bachelor’s program in Chinese International Education, applicants must have a minimum score of 180 on the new HSK Level 4 and an HSKK Intermediate certificate.

For other undergraduate programs, applicants must have a minimum score of 195 on the new HSK Level 5.

（二）申请办法Application procedures

申请人应在大连外国语大学规定的时间内登录大连外国语大学国际学生管理系统(网址：https://dlufl.17gz.org/) 注册并填写申请信息，上传所需申请材料（材料清单见下文）。

Applicants are required to log in to the online service platform for international students of Dalian University of Foreign Languages (website: https://dlufl.17gz.org/) within the specified time frame to register and fill in the application information. They should also upload the necessary application materials (the list of materials is provided below).

申请时间：2025年10月15日至2026年4月15日。

Application period: October 15th, 2025 to April 15th, 2026.

申请材料清单：

1、护照页扫描件（带本人照片页）：对原为中国公民、后加入外国国籍申请者，或持外国护照但父母一方或双方为中国公民的申请者，还需提供申请人入籍时间证明，放弃中国国籍证明或者国外出生证明以及近四年出入境中国的签证记录件扫描件；

2、护照内页空白 visa 页的扫描件 ;

3、最近两年取得的中国签证或居留许可页以及中国的出境章、入境章页的扫描件（限两年内来过中国者）;

4、外国人体格检查记录；

5、本人最后学历证书复印件或大学在读证明；

6、本人最后学历成绩单原件；

7、中国教育部“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”（CSCA测试）成绩单的扫描件；

8、 白底、二寸（35MM×45MM）、正面、正式着装免冠照片 6 张；

9、 HSK、HSKK 等级证书复印件；

10、 未满18周岁的申请者，需提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件以及本人出生证明的中国大使馆认证文件，如出生证明上没有父母信息，需另外提供家族关系证明的中国大使馆认证文件。

注：以上文件需提供 PDF 格式的扫描件，非中、英文的文件需提供中文或英文的翻译件。

Application Materials

1. Passport page scan (with the page featuring the holder's photo). For those who were originally Chinese citizens but later acquired foreign nationality, or those holding foreign passports but with one or both parents being Chinese citizens, additional documents are required, including proof of the applicant's date of naturalization, proof of renunciation of Chinese nationality, or proof of foreign birth, as well as scanned copies of the applicant's visa records for entering and leaving China in the past four years.

2. A scanned copy of the blank visa page on the inside of the passport; ;

3. Scanned copies of Chinese visa or residence permit pages obtained in recent two years and the scanning copy of the page of China's exit and entry seals (for those who have come to China within two years);

4. Foreigner Physical Examination Form;

5. Copy of highest degree or certification of studying in university;

6. Original transcript copy of students’ highest degree;

7. Scanned copy of the “China Scholastic Competency Assessment” (CSCA) certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of China;

8. Six photos of two-inch (30MM×40MM) bear headed, formal dress with white background;

9. Copies of the HSK and HSKK certifications;

10. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant documents of entrusted legal guardians in China and the certification document of birth certificate by Chinese embassy. If the birth certificate does not contain information about the parents, the family relationship certificate by Chinese embassy shall be provided additionally.

NOTE : The above documents shall be provided with scanning copies in PDF format, Documents not in Chinese or English shall be translated into Chinese or English.

学生持通知书、JW202 表到本国的中国大使馆办理签证 ( X1 签证 )。申请签证成功后，须持护照、入学通知书、JW202表等，按规定时间到校报到，同时办理在华居留许可。

办理居留许可需要外国人体格检查表，学生可在本国的公立医院体检，保存好体检结果、X 光片、心电图、血液检查等相关材料原件。外国人体格检查表有效期为6个月，请确保入学时仍在有效期内。学生也可以来华到校后，统一前往医院体检。

Students should present the acceptance letter and the JW202 form to the Chinese embassy in their home country to apply for a visa (X1 visa). After the visa application, they must bring their passports, the acceptance letter, JW202 form,etc., and register in

the school at the designated time. At the same time, they need to apply for a residence permit in China.

To apply for a residence permit, a physical examination form for foreigners is required. Students can complete the physical examination at the state-run hospital in their home country and keep the original copies of the examination results, X-ray films, electrocardiogram, blood test and other related materials. The validity period of the foreigner's physical examination form is 6 months. Please ensure that it is still valid when you enroll. Students can also go to the hospital for a physical examination after arriving in China and have it done uniformly by the school.

（三）申请流程 Application Procedures

第1步:参加“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”。

所有申请来华攻读本科学位的学生须参加由中国教育部国家留学基金管理委员会组织的“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试”（China Scholastic Competency Assessment, 以下简称“CSCA测试”），并提交有效成绩单。CSCA具体介绍及报名方式请登录官方网站（www.csca.cn）查看。

重要提示：为确保申请流程顺畅，建议尽早参加CSCA测试并及时提交成绩，以便为后续审核环节预留充足时间。必考科目：文科中文和数学（数学考试语言请选择中文）。CSCA测试成绩是我校评估申请人学业能力的重要量化依据，请务必认真备考。

第2步:填写并提交网上申请

申请人应在大连外国语大学规定的时间内登录大连外国语大学国际学生管理系统（网址：https://dlufl.17gz.org/），注册并填写申请信息，上传所需申请材料。申请材料及CSCA测试成绩单提交截止日期为2026年4月15日。

第3步:参加面试

经学校审核，符合要求的学生进入面试，面试将重点考察学生的综合素质和汉语水平能力。

Step 1: Take the "China Scholastic Competency Assessment"

All students applying to study for a bachelor's degree in China must participate in the "China Scholastic Competency Assessment" ( CSCA ), organized by the National Scholarship Management Committee of the Ministry of Education of China, and submit valid transcripts. For detailed information on the CSCA and the registration method, please visit the official website (www.csca.cn).

Important Note: To ensure a smooth application process, it is recommended that you take the CSCA as early as possible and submit your scores promptly to reserve sufficient time for the subsequent review stage. The test subjects are Humanities Chinese and Mathematics,both of which are compulsory and to be taken in Chinese.The CSCA scores are an important quantitative basis for evaluating the academic ability of applicants. Please prepare for the test carefully.

Step 2: Fill out and submit the online application

Applicants should log in to the online service platform for international students of Dalian University of Foreign Languages (website: https://dlufl.17gz.org/) within the stipulated time, register and fill in the application information, and upload the required application materials. Please submit your application materials and CSCA transcript by April 15th.

Step 3: Participate in the interview

Students who pass the school's initial review will enter the interview, which will focus on evaluating students' comprehensive qualities and Chinese language proficiency.

（四）费用（人民币）Fees（RMB）

1、学杂费Tuition & Fees

注册费：400元（录取后缴纳）

学费：21400元/年（按学年收取）

所有费用均需缴纳人民币，学生入校后通过校园统一支付平台用微信、支付宝扫码支付。注册费仅在第一年收取，其他学年不收取。

The application fee is 400 yuan. It should be paid upon admission.

The cost of one academic year (undergraduate) is RMB 21400, which shall be paid at one time when registering at school.

All fees are payable in RMB, and can be paid through WeChat or Alipay. The application fee is only charged in the first year, but not in other academic years.
