SCS Winter short-term Program Succesfully Closed
A completetion ceremony of the short-term course for winter holiday was held in room 603 of the No.10 teaching building in the School of Chinese Study on March 18th 2016. About 36 students participated in this ceremony, including led-teacher KAKAYA KAZUKO and Japanese students from Ritsumeikan University, Japanese students from Kokushikan University, and Japanese students from Kyushu City University. The closing ceremony was hosted by Li chunji, dean of the School of Chinese Studies.
At the closing ceremony, students’ representative MINODA YUUNA from Ritsumeikan University, KAITO TAKURO from Kokushikan University, NIIMURA MAYUKO from Kyushu City University made three speeches respectively. They said it was a rich journey to study in DUFL, for they have not only improved their Chinese, but also experienced the Chinese culture and the warmth and hospitality of their Chinese friends. They are deeply impressed by the learning life here. Time flies while learning in DUFL. They will choose to come back to DUFL and study here if they get another chance.
Li Chunji, dean of School of Chinese Studies, presented the certificates and school report to the Japanese students. Dean Li said: “Thanks for every student to study Chinese in School of Chinese Studies in DUFL. A month is short but the students’ excellent performance impressed the teachers so much. The students are lively, outgoing and optimistic which represents the spirit of Japanese youth. We hope that the students could keep learning and improving their Chinese when they return home. Meanwhile, we welcome all the students to study back in DUFL again.”
